Learn Spanish abroad and utilize the chance to discover beauty of place
In current scenario, there is high demand for one who has in-depth knowledge regarding foreign languages. Appreciating this need ESL started it services to facilitate study of different languages. Spanish is amongst widely spoken languages that influenced me to learn Spanish abroad. There were two choices from which I found it hard to decide which one to choose from, these were Colombia and Mexico. I investigated deeply about each of them and then I made the best choice. In Mexico the institute of language studies is located in a calm environment. Learn Spanish in Mexico if one prefers to study in very peaceful and pleasing environment.
The language schools in Mexico make sure to offer quality services. In Colombia there are two destinations which provide the study of this course. The schools buildings are located at beautiful sites. Good infrastructure and several basic facilities like Wi-Fi campus, games, lounges, media-Library and study room are provided by school. Moreover, there are several beauty spots at this place, famous beaches and happening nightlife which attract students to enjoy this place while learning new language. I chose to study from Cartagena language school Nueva Lengua. The city is known as the jewel of the country and this was the prime reason that helped me to choose this location.
One of the best features to learn Spanish in Colombia is to enjoy living in Caribbean style. There are seven classrooms that are quite spacious and bright in color. School offers computer rooms and free internet access, media library and study room. I enjoyed spending time with my friends in cafeteria or garden within the school. Here ample number of cultural and sports activities are organized for the students. Spanish courses abroad are categorized on the basis of number of lessons provided to the students. These are divided into standard and intensive courses. Students are divided into small groups of ten people. Accommodation is the responsibility of school authority.
There is arrangement for students residences that are equipped with every basic amenity required for comfortable living. Staying with host families is another alternative that helps students to learn largely about the Spanish culture. It has been observed that host families provide good emotional support to students. The school authority negotiates the rates with hotels and offers them residence at cheap rates. Learn Spanish abroad and learn about the way of living of the people out there. To learn a language is not only about learning to communicate in that language. It is also about understanding the culture of that country, tradition and rich history. ESL understands this and is therefore functional in this direction.

Library: An Unquiet History $10.99 "Splendidly articulate, informative and provoking….A book to be savored and gone back to."- Baltimore Sun On the survival and destruction of knowledge, from Alexandria to the Internet. Through the ages, libraries have not only accumulated and preserved but also shaped, inspired, and obliterated knowledge. Matthew Battles, a rare books librarian and a gifted narrator, takes us on a spirited foray from Boston to Baghdad, from classical scriptoria to medieval monasteries, from the Vatican to the British Library, from socialist reading rooms and rural home libraries to the Information Age. He explores how libraries are built and how they are destroyed, from the decay of the great Alexandrian library to scroll burnings in ancient China to the destruction of Aztec books by the Spanish-and in our own time, the burning of libraries in Europe and Bosnia. Encyclopedic in its breadth and novelistic in its telling, this volume will occupy a treasured place on the bookshelf next to Baker’s Double Fold , Basbanes’s A Gentle Madness , Manguel’s A History of Reading , and Winchester’s The Professor and the Madman . |

!Hola, Amigos! $41.29 Latinos are the fastest growing population in the United States, and are creating a large bilingual market. Librarians are often eager to attract, serve, and retain Latino patrons, and library services are sorely needed by the Latino community; but it takes more than adding a few Spanish-language books to the collection to meet those needs. Besides the cultural and language barriers library personnel encounter when interacting with this community, libraries generally lack the funding to engage in multicultural advertising as well as the time and specialized personnel to do it. This book provides a practical, easy-to-follow guide to creating a bilingual-friendly facility that will attracts Latino users. Hola, amigos!: A Plan for Latino Outreach offers users a systematic, orderly plan that directs outreach activity with worksheets, discussion reports, and easy-to-follow schedules, and more than 100 marketing ideas, tips, and examples from libraries around the country that can easily be incorporated into day-to-day activities. Many of the strategies can be applied to outreach of other minorities as well. |

That year the US restored its original name.Early history The European city of St. Augustine was founded by the Spanish in 1565. The site had been occupied by varying indigenous cultures before that for thousands of years. Over the next one hundred years, the Spanish built nine wooden forts for the defense of the town. The Royal Letters Patent that he granted, the predecessor of the current legal deposit requirement, made it mandatory for printers to submit a copy of every book printed in Spain to the library.
